SOUTH OF ORANGE is a photographic exploration of ordinary places and familiar surroundings. Through the transformative power of photography, I try to draw out quiet stories—some remembered, some imagined—and reveal a subtle sense of mystery that connects the past and the future.
I don’t approach these scenes with irony or distance. Instead, they often appear strange, quietly beautiful, and unexpectedly unfamiliar to me. From these moments, new questions and ways of seeing begin to emerge.
I invite viewers to stand beside the camera, to discover their own stories and small moments of wonder in the everyday landscape that is so often overlooked.
